I have always loved chocolate.
My passion for chocolate began at a very young age. As a child I liked to create chocolate combinations, even if it was simply taking chocolate and dipping it in peanut butter.
After tasting Belgian truffles for the first time in my early 20s, my palette began to mature and I was hooked on finer chocolate, pralines and truffles.
Having a very artistic background and being an out-of-the-box thinker led to even more creativity. I'd make chocolates for holiday get-togethers with family and friends and became inspired from their responses to my creations. I then decided it was time to take my love of chocolate to the next level.
I successfully completed my Professional Chocolatier Diploma with Honours in 2011, but still felt the desire to take my craft to an even higher level. It was then I went to study at The Chocolate Academy in Aalst and Brussels in Belgium, successfully becoming a Belgium Maître (Master) Chocolatier in 2012.
Everything I create is with the highest quality ingredients and most premium chocolate.
